We do not, as a rule, provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully


We make every effort to ensure all aspects of an order are accurate and correct. Manufacturing faults or product quality issues will be replaced. If there is any damage to the product please photograph and email within 24 hours.

Should, for any reason, the blind/s or products need to be returned to the factory.  The customer shall repackage and send or deliver to the address provided.  The products will be checked and if faulty will be repaired or replaced asap and returned to the customer, the freight cost will be reimbursed.  However, if in the factory’s view, the product is not faulty the factory may charge for repairs, changes and/or freight.

Natural Wood Slats may contain variations in grain, base colour and texture. There is possibility of some minor warping of slats. These are natural characteristics are not considered a fault in timber.
